Congratulations to these 4th grade students who were recognized for placing in an art contest hosted by the Phelps County Courthouse for their annual chili cook off.  The contest was titled, "America the Beautiful", and students had to create a drawing that represented what they thought was beautiful about America. All 4th grade students in Phelps county (including St. James, Edgar Springs, Newburg and Rolla) were invited to participate. 6 students from RMS were recognized in the contest.
