From Beta Club Sponsor Monica Lyle: Please help us in congratulating our very FIRST Rolla Middle School National Beta Club! National Beta Club promotes academic achievement, character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary students. RMS 5th and 6th grade Beta students participated in the Beta State Convention in Branson earlier this week. National Beta State Convention allows students the opportunity to compete in various academic and STEM-based virtual and performing arts competitions. The below students were announced as state winners in the following competitions and have qualified to advance to the National competition this June in Louisville, Kentucky.
As Beta club sponsors, Heather Vinyard and I would like to give a special thanks to Jessica Humphrey, Dr. Murray, and Terri Puetz for all of their help and time with certain categories. Also, a big thanks to Dr. Light, Chelsea Tanner and Terri Puetz for helping chaperone the convention. We are Bulldog proud!
